About Us

USA Rider Company is a motorcycle rental business that rents primarily late-model Harley-Davidson motorcycles, however we also have metric bikes as well. In addition to our rental business, we sell used Harley-Davidson Motorcycles, helmets, riding gloves, eye protection and other related accessories. We also sell premium cigars. Rentals are on a daily rate, three day and weekly basis with discounts for multi-day rentals. We have prepared several self-guided routes for riders not familiar with the South Carolina “low-country” to follow. As we develop our website, we will have a “Tab” for self-guided tours.

Rick and David Potocek are a father and son team. Rick was a Special Agent with the FBI for 24 years and USA Rider Company is his second career. David has a background in political science and business and had a desire to be his own boss. Both Rick and Dave want to make sure you have a great time while riding a USA Rider motorcycle.

Renting a Bike

What we do

We provide access to late model, Harley-Davidson and other quality motorcycles for individuals who are:

• On vacation looking to enhance their trip 
• In between bikes looking to get back on two wheels or take a long term test ride on several different motorcycles before buying 
• Seasoned riders who would like to tour the South Carolina “low country” 
• The motorcycle owner who’s bike is in the shop needs wheels 
• Rider candidates who need a light weight bike (Yamaha 250) to take the Motorcycle Safety Foundation basic rider course and road test.

What we provide

• Exciting Harley-Davidson Motorcycles
• DOT approved helmets for rider and passenger
• Self-guided tour routes of the low country • Pick-up/drop-off service for certain situations (may include additional fees)
• Secure storage of your luggage or other belongings while you’re on the road
• We sell other necessities including motorcycle gloves, rain gear, eyewear and eye-protection, disposable cameras, cigars and more.

What you do

Call or visit us at USA RIDER. You will need to have the following to rent one of our motorcycles:

• A valid driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement
• A major credit card. In addition to the rental fees, we will take a $1,000 pre-authorization as a deposit for repairs for any damages to the motorcycle. You receive full credit when the bike is returned in the same condition as when it was picked up.
• You must purchase insurance from our insurance company. The cost is $15.00 per day which is already included in our rental rates.
